Mohamed is extremely skilled in airtable, zapier, google sheets, AND project management. Before long this project morphed into an extremely intricate project which eventually required API and Scripting. With my permission, Mohamed hired and managed 3 other upwork professionals to complete the project on time. After the project was completed I realize that Mohamed wasn't getting paid for the considerable time spent: hiring, explaining project details, back and forth communication, time tracking and deadline management of the other professionals for the completion of the project. Nor did Mohamed complain or ask for more money. I have since decided that he should be paid for his newly found Project Management Skills. What separates Mohamed from many other upwork professionals is he seems to be more genuinely excited about the creative process and delivering a polished usable system than he is about the money.I should stop leaving these honest reviews to prevent others from bribing Mohamed away from my current and future projects..
